Products' manufacturing starts from the purchase of first class raw materials for the production of mixes, made with a closed mixer and finished on an open mixer. The finished mix is tested in our laboratory in order to verify its conformity with required specifications.

Mixes hardness can be measured in two ways: • SHORE A - form 25 to 95 • IRHD - from 20 to 90 Specifications control requirements are based on: • ASTM • UNI We can also produce mixes on customers' specifications. Among our customers are FIAT , PIAGGIO , CATERPILLAR , BERCO . Once the final products are ready, they are all tested in order to verify their conformity with customers' requests.
